Essential Oils

I started using essential oils approximately 1.5 years ago. I am still experimenting and learning all that I can about the application of oils. I definitely have my favorites and would love to share my experience. I use Young Living Essential Oils. Their website is www.youngliving.com.

The Sandwich Generation

I've heard this term used many times over the years. I believe I might just be the lettuce, tomato and mayo on that BLT. Growing children and aging parents. I am blessed.

Exercise

I am not the best at keeping a regular workout schedule, so I am hoping that by putting this on the front page I might be more accountable to myself and my body. I'm not getting any younger. Exercise is key to a healthy lifestyle.
